How often do you restock?

Our products are thoughtfully created in limited edition batches with responsibility and sustainability at the forefront. To reduce our environmental impact and uphold this standard, we unfortunately do not restock items. The good news is, we are always working on our next launch. Be sure you are following us on Instagram so you don’t miss out!

Do you ship outside of Alberta?

At this time (as of June 8, 2026), we are only offering shipping within Alberta. We look forward to the day we can build our community beyond our borders (oh, so soon)! Follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss out on updates on when you can get your hands on our gear.

If you are near and dear within the city of Edmonton, check out our local delivery* option for a shipping option at a fraction of the shipping cost.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Where is my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after an order is placed. If your order is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier. Shef’s Kiss the Label is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or delayed.

*Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or decline local delivery orders at our discretion. While we strive to fulfill all delivery requests, certain circumstances may prevent us from completing an order. If an order is canceled, customers will be notified as soon as possible and any applicable refund will be processed in such situations.
